This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing management reporting on a consolidated basis. This includes construction of financial statements on a management basis, reconciliation to GAAP accounting records, and cash/ balance sheet forecasting.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Consolidated Reporting
Maintain and enhance reporting packages for shareholder and management purposes, including Board Packages, Executive Committee Presentations, and Ownership Reporting
Create structure to automate reporting, where appropriate
Work closely with Accounting to construct management cash flow and balance sheet statements
Act as liaison between GAAP and management reporting
Collaborate with Treasury to model cash flow and balance sheet forecasting
Productivity Systems & Reporting
Act as finance lead in consolidated payroll system implementation
Build framework around productivity metrics across the organization
Aid in the creation of policies and procedures to facilitate headcount planning and tracking
Annual planning and budgeting process
Lead cash and balance sheet budgeting process
Guide productivity planning and reporting enhancements at all the company's entities
Ad Hoc Financial Analysis
Financial analysis of ongoing business decisions, staffing/productivity levels, etc. as needed
Minimum 3-5 years experience in finance, accounting, or similar finance-related field
BS required, Master’s Degree and/ or CPA preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Hyperion experience preferred
Accounting experience preferred
Strong communication and team skills
