Description

The Sr Financial Analyst is a key member of the Finance team reporting up to the CFO. This position will work closely with various functional leads on financial projects and analysis. This role will focus on financial modeling and financial analysis for decision support. Key responsibilities include supporting business analysis, reporting, budgeting, strategic initiatives and various ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a highly analytical and strategic mindset. Building partnerships with leadership and teams across the organization will be key to supporting and implementing strategic plans.
Responsibilities include:
Partnering with teams to understand and analyze the business
Creating and maintaining sophisticated financial models
Reporting and analysis including sales and financial performance reporting
Leading the annual business planning and budgeting process
Assisting a broad range of senior leaders in forecasting and analysis
Enhance forecasting and planning expertise through streamlining of modeling processes and participation in support and analysis for forecasting and P&L review
Responsible for revenue budgeting and forecasting for clients
Qualifications:
5-7 years in finance or business analysis
Advanced proficiency with MS Office especially with Excel and PowerPoint
Expert in financial modeling
Handle multiple requests/projects concurrently
Highly analytical with strategic thinking and decision making capabilities
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and peers (internally & externally)
Understanding of business, financial and systemic process flows
Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
Ability to work in fast-paced, action-oriented environment, ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail orientation
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting
