1.0 Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the company's HR function and performance.
2.0 Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
3.0 Directing company's recruiting efforts to attract, retain and develop the best people. This includes working with department heads to define staffing plans, actively sourcing candidates, assist in evaluation and selection and developing on-boarding and training programs.
4.0 Develop HR models to identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps and develop specific programs to fill the gaps. Activities should include training and development programs to prepare employees for increased responsibilities, education programs to enhance employee knowledge and understanding of the company and industry and succession planning for key roles and contributors.
5.0 Develop training programs for effective management of people. Topics would include new leadership training, harassment recognition, employee motivation and conflict resolution.
6.0 Maintain knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues.
7.0 Understand the differences between US and International HR policies and programs
and ensure consistency between all policies and programs.
8.0 Develop and measure appropriate HR metrics ensuring alignment with company's key initiatives.
