Description

Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity in and timely completion of all financial activities across all companies. The Controller is actively engaged with all functional areas, supporting operational needs and driving productivity with advice, analysis and financial direction.

Responsibilities:
Manage month-end closing process across all companies, including, timely generation of financial statements, calculation and review of Revenue Recognition process, completion and review of account reconciliations and bank reconciliations, consolidation of financial results for all companies and timely and relevant analysis of financial results.
Work with Cost Analyst and Project Management teams to ensure accurate project forecasts, understanding of performance variances and accurate and timely processing of project transactions.
Drive completion, reporting and analysis on company performance metrics.
Provide accurate, timely cash forecasts.
Work with CFO to manage cash positions and appropriate hedging activities across all currencies.
Manage transfer pricing programs between all companies.
Work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure accuracy of inventory and timely disposition of inventory issues.
Lead global year-end audit activities including planning and coordination across all companies and with all outside audit firms of audit activities and requirements and ensuring timely completion and presentation of audit results.

Requirements, Background, Experience:
BS Accounting or Finance
5+ years experience at a Controller or similar level
5+ years supervisory experience
Hands on experience with an ERP system
Experience with Transfer Pricing Programs
Experience with International Accounting and Consolidations
Experience with Percentage of Completion Revenue Recognition
Self directed and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and competing priorities
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
