Description

JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and generates monthly Board and Corporate reporting packages, working closely with senior management while gaining an operational understanding of the business.
Generates and consolidates monthly results for the entire regional and Support Services business segments with specific focus and analysis on budget/forecast actual. Partners with the Executive team and Senior Leadership on variances to plan and spend tracking.
Supports FP&A team through B-Pack production, budget and rolling forecast template development, and overall enhancements.
Prepares the budget and forecast for the Support Services departments.
Validates and uploads the full budget data into the ERP system on an annual/quarterly basis or as needed.
Supports special projects (i.e. critical ERP go-live support, SOP development/maintenance, SmartView templates etc.).
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience: BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-4 years of experience.
Technical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (advanced in MS Excel). Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and Microsoft Suite.
