Description

POSITION: The SEC Reporting Manager will be responsible for the processes around complying with all aspects of SEC reporting requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quarterly and annual financial reports, including XBRL
Other reporting requirements, such as proxy statements, registration statements, beneficial ownership reporting and subsidiary audits
Research and documentation related to technical accounting matters
Ad-hoc projects and analyses
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA
SEC reporting experience
PREFERENCES:
Management experience
Knowledge of Workiva Wdesk SEC reporting
